Every March we travel with a trifecta of great families on a Spring Break surf adventure. For the past two years we have journeyed to sun-kissed Costa Rica. This year we are changing it up and hitting the turquoise coast of the Dominican Republic. Determined to get ourselves and our kids up and riding, we use the warm weather to lure them into the break. The comfortable temperatures and reliable sets make it a low-key learning experience for everyone and it’s so much more exotic than our crowded, but much loved, summer standby in Montauk – Ditch Plains.
