Shipping & Orders

How much is shipping?
All grounds orders over $150 ship free. All ground orders under $150 have a shipping cost of $10. Priority shipping is calculated based on your order total and location.
When will my order ship?
Orders with ground shipping placed by 2pm EST M-F will ship out within 48 hours from our warehouse. Orders with Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping placed by 12pm EST M-F will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days for east coast ground shipping, and 5-8 business days for west coast ground shipping.

Please note that shipping times may vary when our warehouse is closed during holidays. Please note as well that due to a heavy volume of orders, there may be a delay in shipping during launches and sale periods.
Where do orders ship from?
All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Blackwood, NJ.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Afterpay, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Can I use more than one promo code on an order?
Only one promotional code may be used per order.
May I include a gift note with my order?
Yes you can! During checkout, you will be provided with the option to leave a "note" in your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do! In your shopping cart, you will be provided with an option to add gift wrapping to your order for an additional $5.
I signed up to receive 10% off my first order, how do I find my code?
Welcome to the flock! Your welcome code will be sent to the email address that you used when you signed up on our website, please allow a few minutes after signing up for the email to appear in your inbox. Your code will expire in 7 days. Please check your spam if you do not receive the email.
Do e-gift cards expire?
No, they do not expire.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are shipped Fedex Ground or Express. You may indicate your choice of shipping at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for ground shipping depending on your location!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Detailed information about our international shipping policy can be found on our "Customer Care" page.
Can I edit or cancel an order after I've placed it?
If you need to edit or cancel your order for any reason, please email customerservice@pinkchicken.com with your name and order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee these changes will be made, but we will try our best to accomodate. If your order is placed after 5pm EST on Friday or over the weekend we cannot guarantee changes can be made to your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Can I get an update on my order?
To receive an update on your order please sign into your account. Your tracking number will be located in your order details. If you checked out as a guest you will receive tracking info via email. If you are having trouble locating the status of your order please email customerservice@pinkchicken.com and we would be happy to look into it.
What do I do if I receive defective, damaged, or missing items?
While we don't typically expect this, in the event that you receive damaged, defective, or missing items, please email customerservice@pinkchicken.com. For defective and damaged items please email us with pictures and a brief explanation of what happened. We would be more than happy to send you a replacement or store credit depending on current inventory of the item.

How do I find the right size?
We provide a size guide on each item's page for you to look at to help you find the perfect size. If you need more detailed sizing information, please email customerservice@pinkchicken.com.
What if I can't find an item or size I'm looking for online?
No worries! Our retail stores have plenty of items in stock that we might be out of online. You can check to see if an item is in stock at one of our stores by giving them a call, or by emailing customerservice@pinkchicken.com - we would be happy to check for you!
Does your clothing run true to size?
Our kids and baby clothing typically runs true to size. Girls dresses typically run true to size with a generous cut. Our women's clothing runs a tad larger for a "boho/oversized" look. Lastly, our men's shirts are more of a boxy/wide fit which gives more of a laid back/boho feel. Our bamboo pjs have a tight fix so we recommend sizing up one.
What is the best way to wash your clothes?
Wash and care instructions for each of our garments can be found on the individual item and on the item's page.
What does it mean that your Organics collection is GOT certified?
The GOT certification on our Organics Collection ensures fair wages for organic cotton farmers & workers, toxin-free manufacturing, and a sustainable future for our future generations. In addition, our inks & dyes are classified as eco-friendly by OEKO-TEX Standard.
Where are Pink Chicken products made?
All of our pieces are designed in-house in New York by our outstanding team of designers. As far as production, we have had long-standing relationships with our factories in India and some in China!
Where does the inspiration for Pink Chicken designs come from?
We take inspiration from decades past and faraway places, and design *all* of our prints and patterns in-house. With each new season, we’re happily stitching the spirit of a sunny day into every garment we make. Pink Chicken was born from vintage roots, happy mixes of color and patterns, and most of all- the shared spirit of mothers and daughters.

Returns & Exchanges

Holiday 2024 Return Policy
Starting November 15th 2024, all full-priced items can be returned or exchanged until January 15th, 2024. Sale items marked 30% off or below can be returned for a credit or exchange only. Sale items marked as 40% off or above are final sale.
What is the return policy/how do I start a return?
Pink Chicken offers a 100% happiness guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange or send it back within 21 days of purchase for a refund.

• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Pink Chicken is not responsible for shipping and handling fees of returns, only exchanges. An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Returned items will not be accepted after 21 days from the date of purchase. International orders are final sale.
• If a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service team: customerservice@pinkchicken.com.
• Swimwear returns will only be accepted if items are unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and hygienic liner still in place. Swimwear (where the hygiene liners have been removed) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty.

How do I start an exchange?
You have 21 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item. Shipping for exchanges is free of charge. Item(s) to be exchanged must be unworn and in original condition and packaging. Although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock. Can I return an item that was on sale?
All Sale items 30-70% off are final sale. No returns or exchanges can be made. All items 30% off or below can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been received at our warehouse.
Can I return an item bought online in one of your retail locations?
Yes, our store associates would be happy to help you with this. Please have your order confirmation available.
