Deliciously simple sips and snacks for a fun afternoon in the yard with your littles!
WHAT'S ON THE MENU:
PINK CHICKEN PUNCH
A sweet summer mocktail that only requires 3 ingredients!
You will need:
- 48 oz Pineapple Juice
- 12 liters of Sprite (or sub with sparkling water!)
- 1 cup of Pink Lemonade Crystal Light
PIMENTO CHEESE TEA SANDWICHES
Just add the Pimento Cheese spread and cut off the crusts!
You will need:
- Pimento Cheese
- Your choice of bread
CUCUMBER TEA SANDWICHES
Combine all of the ingredients by hand and spread on each slice of bread. Slice cucumber and add to the sandwich. Cut into small triangles and remove crust!
You will need:
- 1 Sliced Cucumber
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh Dill
- 1 Teaspoon Chives
- ¼ Teaspoon Garlic
- Your choice of bread
VEGGIE STICKS
Slice any veggies of your choosing with a side of ranch for an easy, healthy snack!
You will need:
- Sliced carrots
- Sliced celery
- Plus your other favorite veggies
- A side of ranch dressing
FRUIT KABOBS
Cut any fruit you desire into large chunks and place them onto skewers!
You will need:
- Cantaloupe
- Honeydew
- Watermelon
- Pineapple
- Strawberries
- Grapes
BERRIES & CREAM DESSERT
Spoon some whipped cream with a scoop of berries in a bowl for a light low-calorie dessert in the summer!
You will need:
- Whipped Cream or Cool Whip
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Blueberries
